Solen & Steven — a three-day wedding in Ostuni
From New York to the heart of Puglia: Solen and Steven's decision to get married here was not by chance. Steven was born and raised in New York to Greek parents; Solen, also born and raised in New York, has family roots in Istanbul. Puglia, a Mediterranean land where history, warmth and authenticity meet, ended up embracing both their cultures. They didn't want to be "just another international couple getting married as tourists" — they wanted to share with friends and family a place that truly felt like part of who they are. So the wedding grew into a full three-day experience, filled with art, flavour and genuine emotion.
Day one — Palazzo 5° Elemento, Ostuni
The celebrations opened at the elegant Palazzo 5° Elemento, where guests were welcomed by a refined piano concert performed by Giacomo Anglani — an intimate, almost suspended atmosphere, the perfect way to begin three days of celebration.
Day two — Masseria Conte, Fasano
The following evening, the joy continued at the beautiful Masseria Conte in Fasano, where live music, laughter and a delicious dinner filled the night with celebration ahead of the big day.
Day three — Dimora dei Semplici, Ostuni
For the wedding day itself, the perfect setting was Dimora dei Semplici: among olive trees, flowers and trulli, Solen and Steven exchanged their vows surrounded by an authentic, vibrant landscape. With a spritz in hand, traditional Apulian delicacies and the irresistible rhythm of the pizzica, the day unfolded into an explosion of colour, emotion and energy — thanks in no small part to the impeccable coordination of Flavia Robbe and her team, and to the performances by I Punti di Svista Band, I Paipers and the pizzica dancers, who brought out the joy and spontaneity of this special couple in every moment.
It was a true pleasure to share these unforgettable days with them, filled with life, love and wonder.
